The English Premier League (EPL), yes it's back. Joy for the guys,well at least there's something to look forward to every weekend.
2 weeks into the new season and we've seen some exciting soccer and some shocker as well. But my favorite, Tottenham Hotspurs lost their first 2 games.Not really the kind of start that we would've wished for, considering the amount of money spend during the transfer window. Shades from last season? I don't think so. I do strongly believe that Ramos is building a team for the future. Buying young talents like Dos Santos,Bentley,Modric and Spurs latest acquisition, Pavlyuchenko. With the exception of Gomes, Woodgate, King, Gilberto and Cesar, Spurs lineup are relatively young,energetic and hungry for success.
It's too early to write them off, but I do think that this season will be a start of something exciting for Spurs and trust me in the next few seasons to come , they will be a force to reckon with and will be serious contenders for the title. Well for now, let's gel these players and develop them to be future world beaters.
My desired first 11 for spurs: Gomes (GK) Hutton(RB), Woodgate (CB),King(CB),Bale(LB) Zokora(DM), Bentley (RM), Jenas(CM),Modric(AM),Dos Santos (LM) Pavlyuchenko(FW)
And ya, sell that guy(Berbatov) if he wants to go off badly..
Oh ya..on non-'ball' issue. Dear went for a perm..Hmm..Looks nice on her actually. And Maz made her debut on TV. Well at those who laughed at her, at least shes on TV. can u say the same?yeah. :)
